1. Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- If any delays occur, customers will be notified via email.
2. Shipping Methods, Estimated Delivery and Cost
We offer the following shipping options based on customer location:
Domestic Shipping (Cyprus):

- Products bought on our website can be delivered in Cyprus to the address you have indicated when you have placed your order.
- All our orders are delivered via ACS courier to the Listed Pick-Up points with ACS Courier within 2-3 working days
- A flat shipping cost of €4.00 + vat apply for orders up to 2 kg plus €1.00 + vat per additional item.
- Free shipping is available in Cyprus only for orders over 100.00 euros.
Greece

- Products bought on our website can be delivered in Greece to the address you have indicated when you have placed your order.
- All our orders are delivered via ACS courier within 10-12 working days
- A flat shipping cost of €19.00 + vat apply for orders up to 2 kg plus €2.00 + vat per additional item.
EU Countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

- Products bought on our website can be delivered in any European Country to the address indicated when placing the order.
- All our orders are delivered via DHL courier within 10-12 working days
- For orders up to 2 kg: 35,00 €

International Shipping:(All other countries):
